Michigan Window & Door Co was the window provider working with our builder, so going in, we had no real idea what to expect. Amy Crotty completely blew away our expectations. We have had the best experience with the Michigan Window and Door company from the very start and with continued support right through to the end of our new residential home building projects. This company is terrible. Our original Installed windows and door were sold to our builder by them and then destroyed by their service group. Our front door runs heavily after sidelight replacement and our doorwall latch failed. No one will call you back and or handle the issues.

Joel and I could not have been happier with the service we received working with Amy Crotty she explained her products so we knew what window brand, size, color and style would look best in our home. With that we went with the Windsor Window and the quality and style have surpassed our expectations we feel like we are out in nature while sitting in our home with so much natural light! When building a home skimping on the windows is a big mistake and Amy made the process so easy!
