Did not visit in person but chat with staff on attaining pet records they were fast, friendly, very responsive and professional
BUYER BEWARE - Brought in sick dog- all front desk / tech ladies were so pleasant friendly helpful but the actual vet dr. daoud came off as very pushy and I didn’t like his loud tone with me when I questioned my dogs treatment options . Didn’t respect his techs either as he barged into our room when she was discussing my final paperwork and loudly told her she needs to attend to the other rooms that they were backing up . He was so unprofessional ! Sadly I will not be returning here for sure because of him .
Took my dogs for their annual this weekend. Was having a blood sugar issue and let the tech know. I believe his name was Carson (spelling). He was immediately concerned and offered water and candy which was so very nice. The Dr was great too, very reassuring. The team was great helping get both my dogs tended to and getting me out the door so I could get home and take care of my needs. I took my cat in to be seen. She is 16 years old. She needed to be drain of water off her heart. Dr. Daoud was very pleasant. I have had a bad experience at Caputo veterinary, Dr. Caldwell, told me that they will drain it once only or she wanted her to be put down. And they will not drain her the second time. That brought us to Michigan Total health. She doing really well, she plays, eats and drinks . She will be on heart and lasix medicine from now on.
