I found Mike and his staff very rude and unwilling to help with my mother’s 2024 tax return. My mother had used their tax services for many years. My mother became incapacitated in a nursing home.i went to them for their help and Mike was nothing but rude and unsympathetic. It took them over 5 weeks to respond. They sent me back her 24 return and there was a $20K difference from the previous year. I questioned them and Mike became very defensive. Mike and his staff are outstanding I have been doing business with them for over 30 years. Both personally and for my business as well. Both my grown children have their own business and use Michigan Tax and Business for their taxes. I consider them to be more like family members than a service organization. Go to Mike! Mike is the man and he is very professional with his tax work and also has a degree from the U of M. He is very quick, efficient, and has a sense of humor as well. A+.
