I am beyond mortified with the way I was treated by Dr. Samona and his staff. I was in severe pain from my hand and was told by the doctor to call his assistants Christie or Julie if I ever needed an emergency appointment. ( Good luck with that ) After calling and leaving messages for three days, I got no where. It wasn’t the first time I encountered that.. It's an unfortunate situation that you think or at least you are under the impression that people care while truly they are not.It is absolutely sad to realize that the doctor that operated on you had no regard for your life.
Once I arrived at the office and signed in I was called back to the examination room even before I sat down in the waiting room. I didn't have to wait at all. There was a little wait in the examination room but the resident doctor came in to start the exam while we waited for Doctor Singer who was held up in another exam room. Doctor Singer did spend time with me not hurrying the exam and answered my questions. He exhibited concern over my issues and spent time explaining things to me.
