This Place was incredible. The most amazing experience I've ever had. It was my first experience having surgery outside of a hospital and wasn't quite sure what to expect, but trust me when I say that if you're questioning it as well I promise you need not worry cause it will be the best experience you've had as well. Thank you to all the staff for taking such great care of me as well as my companion the the waiting room... you were all so excellent from top to bottom.
Above and beyond for my needs! Kelseyville and tori both were extremely nice! Even the other people who I didnt get names of!
The staff here are all so wonderful! From the front to the back, everyone was very kind and competent. This morning I had my plate and screws removed after 16 years in my leg. The nurses took in my concerns about being nauseous after sedation very seriously and offered me all of the different medicines available. Dr. Howard explained the procedure to me and listened to all of my concerns with a calm, comforting energy.
Had a wonderful experience with my leg surgery. The nurses Tori and Leslie were so helpful. (No bruises Tori lol) Thank you for taking great care of me!! Of course Dr Howard and the surg staff was awesome too
I had knee replacement surgery 2 weeks ago at MI Specialty Surgery Center. From the time I walked in till the time I left it was a very professional experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. All the staff made me feel comfortable and were very supportive and friendly. Shout out to Theresa who has called me many times and was very helpful in helping me through this process. Thank you to the whole staff!! I am doing well and on the road to healing. If you need surgery I definitely recommend MSSC
