I recently saw an ad for a very nice brace of shotguns Orion Outdoors Company had listed for sale. I was not familiar with this company. It was over the weekend, so I called and left a message. I received a call back promptly, and the person was helpful. He answered the questions he knew, and told me he would contact me after getting answers for my other questions. Top notch experience with this company, I recently purchased a firearm and had a miscommunication and purchased the wrong one. These guys made sure it was corrected and I was satisfied with the correct purchase no questions asked. If I would have gone to a big box retailer I would be sitting in a tough position and out a lot of money. I will never buy a firearm anywhere else
