Easy to work with, however, upon moving my stuff out of the storage unit, I noticed both beds are completely shot as they are full of mold. I will most likely have to file a claim to recoup some of my items. I will not be renting from them again.
My things have been safe and no damage for a couple of years now.
They have terrible communication skills i’ve been trying to contact them since August and have yet to receive any response or resolution.
