I went into this branch based on the reviews, seeking an acount for my business. Unfortunately, the guy I sat down with was completely illiterate in regard to what a business owner, or anybody for that matter would want to know prior to making a decision on who to trust with their finances - including services. To start, he never introduced himself, then had to search for 2 minutes to find a guide labeled " Checking Account Matrix" to read off (didn't even provide 3/4 of the features) never offer to show or hand me the guide... read more
