Rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. Lied about an account of mine and status of the account. Plus the app they use is terrible. Such a bummer because of a couple of bad apples at the branch really make it a place you should stay away from.
As a Google Local Guide Level 7, I’ve seen a lot of businesses, and MSGCU in New Baltimore is consistently excellent! I’ve been banking here since high school, had a car loan through them, and I’m probably going to get my VA loan here too. The building is always clean, the ATMs are reliable (way better than others around here), they have coffee ☕, and the staff is always super nice and smiling. Parking can be a little wishy-washy, but everything else more than makes up for it. Highly recommend!
I have been with MSGCU for over 20+ years now & I'm very happy with this credit union!! Almost 5 stars, but nothing's perfect....
