Mobile banking app went back in time with there update , the "online banking " paying your bills part doesn't fit the screen like its 2008. It's ment for a pc . Please update this software it's 2026! Do better ! I love MSGCU as my credit union . Just hate the mobile app! Hopefully this 1 star will cause some change in the future 🤙
This location is the worst location I’ve ever been to. staff are not friendly they don’t even Greed you or acknowledge you. You have to wait a long time just to make a Simple deposit when they have enough staff to help customers. i’ve been banking with MSGCU for a long time and I’ve been to a different locations and they are wonderful not this location. They don’t even deserve one star
I used this CU for the loan to purchase cars. The service was prompt, accurate, and good. The rate of the auto loan was very low, so I already paid off.
