Shannel Garland should be acknowledged as an excellent assistant branch manager that went way over and above her calling to assist me in to re-establishing my declaration and able to open a checking account and start to build things back up I can't thank her enough she does an excellent job here thanks again
Pretty offensive that ALL of your branches are closed New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Really shows that you guys don't care about your customers banking needs at all.
The service has gone downhill here over the past two years. Both managers are very inconsiderate. The call center is no better. Stay away.
I've been a loyal member here for over 20 years, and this is how I'm treated? They refused to cash a cashier’s check without placing a 2–7 day hold. Absolutely unacceptable. After two decades of banking here, I’m closing all of my accounts and taking my business elsewhere. I’ll also be encouraging the rest of my family to do the same.
