My 83 year old father recently passed away. I was going through his checking account and noticed almost 1800 in amazon charges my father didn’t make. Would never make. Didn’t even know how to use amazon In a span of 2 weeks. 1. This credit union didn’t flag my father’s account and reach out to him asking if he made these purchases. 2. They are very professional & Polite. I drive 24 min to this location. Knowing I will always be greeted with a smile.
Do not get loan through them. They have been nothing but difficult from the start. And still months later we still have issues. Having to go back to the bank multiple times. And then they get thier numbers wrong. And that's literally thier job is with numbers.
