Could use more tellers at the drive thru.... can at times be backed up and very slow like rn... 3/1/26 - still sluggishly slow 1 teller for 2 lanes each with 5+ cars... cmon you guys....
Everyone always told me to switch to a credit union and I see why now. Logan was amazing to work with as he helped me secure a car loan which I was not exactly sure how to go about since I had not done it before. Logan was very responsive and also texted me walking me through what I needed to bring in and steps I needed to take to get the loan and made it effortless.He also helped me get a credit card at a better rate than I previously had which was a good bonus. Tellers are Polite and the lines moves fast
3 stars only because once you lock your card, it takes 24hrs+ to unlock it. But on cashapp, I can instantly lock and unlock my card.. how odd. This shouldn’t be an issue. Also had an issue on Christmas Day where I couldn’t deposit or withdrawal at this atm. Lights in parking lot are rarely on also. Staff is decent though
