Don’t bother making an appointment just walk in. Their system in to incompetent to honor the appointment you made 24 hours prior and checked in twice for. Edit:They redeemed themselves and I forgive them. Haha 5 stars

I've been a member for over twenty years and have had multiple loans and investment accounts. Their rates are very good and service is always decent.
They just had a website update and I HATE IT! It is a mess. Please put it back. I can't tell when my Visa is due and it won't show me the statement balance. So many functions are missing. I also can't pay my mortgages! This is ridiculous. You are a bank for goodness sake. People have to be able to rely on you.
Got a new phone and have all my passwords saved because of my epilepsy and memory loss problems. Download the app and try to log in & says they don’t recognize my info(since the update?) and locked my account.
