I had last minute buisness that I needed tending to ASAP last October, and the teller Jamie B and Branch Manager Marjorie R went above and beyond to help me accomplish my goal. I was able to withdraw my large cashier's check with issues on my end being resolved kindly and promptly. If I lived closer (I'm an hour away) I would visit this branch more often.
I would give zero stars if I could. I totaled my car in October and our loan was through MSGCU. I called my insurance agent the day the accident happened and had everything taken care of through insurance, including the title signed over within a few days of the accident. Someone at MSGCU did not send the report to our insurance company and so MSGCU was waiting for payment on the car from our insurance company for over a month and then charged US with a late payment and fee when it was their fault. IMHO, I may be one of the oldest members of this credit union and may have one of the lowest customer numbers.... this credit union offers typical services that benefit the members. Members need to read all the details of each service and loan option, and ask questions, and choose what is best for them. Credit unions are not banks. They are non- profit.
