Mr. Brendan Champin assisted me with a new car loan. After spending hours and alot of frustration Brendan got me an amazing interest rate and the process was amazingly smooth. Should you ever need any type of banking assistance I highly recommend you contact Brendan Champine at MSGCU.
I had last minute buisness that I needed tending to ASAP last October, and the teller Jamie B and Branch Manager Marjorie R went above and beyond to help me accomplish my goal. I was able to withdraw my large cashier's check with issues on my end being resolved kindly and promptly. If I lived closer (I'm an hour away) I would visit this branch more often.
I would give zero stars if I could. I totaled my car in October and our loan was through MSGCU. I called my insurance agent the day the accident happened and had everything taken care of through insurance, including the title signed over within a few days of the accident. Someone at MSGCU did not send the report to our insurance company and so MSGCU was waiting for payment on the car from our insurance company for over a month and then charged US with a late payment and fee when it was their fault.
