I love the bank but this location the worst one I always avoid going there even if I have to drive 5 more miles the stuff there are so unfriendly and so slow special the African-American ladies I give them money their have to count it 4 times or take at least 30 minutes to count 4k what!!! Their is white American lady I meet the other day very nice and fast she did not take long
Mr. Brendan Champin assisted me with a new car loan. After spending hours and alot of frustration Brendan got me an amazing interest rate and the process was amazingly smooth. Should you ever need any type of banking assistance I highly recommend you contact Brendan Champine at MSGCU.
I had last minute buisness that I needed tending to ASAP last October, and the teller Jamie B and Branch Manager Marjorie R went above and beyond to help me accomplish my goal. I was able to withdraw my large cashier's check with issues on my end being resolved kindly and promptly. If I lived closer (I'm an hour away) I would visit this branch more often.
