Heaven forbid you need your results from a MRI. Nothing like delaying my care
Was told to come in at 8 am for an 8:30 appt time. Arrived promptly at 8. Paperwork done in a few minutes and they were quick to ask for my $501.00 deductible. Running my bank card was quite literally the quickest thing about my appt, arrived at 8 MRI started AT 10 , 2 HOUR wait. One patient arrived before me. Sheila ( MRI tech) was very nice , not her fault. Scheduling needs to be re evaluated, go elsewhere if YOUR TIME is valuable.
Will not answer their phone or return my calls in attempts to pay my bill, then sent me a letter threatening to turn me over to collections.
I've had multiple MRIs at the Auburn Hills location. Beginning with check-in, very nice, caring and professional. No long wait times and they stay on schedule. Overall, very good experience and recommended.
Quick and easy scheduling. Easier than going to a hospital! They ran efficiently and on time! Staff was very friendly and professional!
