Terrible supervisor.
I have never, EVER, had such a ridiculously horrible time trying to cancel a service as I have had today trying to cancel Direct TV. DO NOT EVER sign up for it because you will never get out of it. This is thinly disguised manipulation of people to not allow them to make choices freely.
