Nice people ... I needed a damper replaced and a bit of TLC on my A/C unit this past spring to prepare for Michigan's hot summer months. My furnace and A/C units were 19 years old and in need of maintenance. While I waited for parts to come in (damper and remote thermostat), the A/C compressor failed. Its the day before my sons graduation party and I have a house full of family prepping for the party. My mom ask why we have no hot water. I discover the tank has burst. I call Doug at Michigan Pure Comfort in a panic. Doug tells me he's finishing a job and can be at my place within an hour. Dad and I go and purchase a new hot water tank at the local big box store.
