I worked with a therapist here for about nine months, and I want to be clear that my concerns are not about the therapist themselves. My decision to leave was primarily due to the administrative practices. The clinic has a 24‑hour cancellation policy, which I understand and respect. I deal with Lauren and Mya almost every week, for my son. Lauren is wonderful! She always takes time to listen to any concerns we have and keep us informed. Mya is my son's therapist and she is the ABSOLUTE BEST THERAPIST! She is patient, kind, and always caring. This place is amazing! 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

Everyone has been wonderful but it’s frustrating that every single appointment (even telehealth) starts 10-20 minutes late, and yet ends right on the scheduled time. I’m taking time off of work to do this, and I’m also not getting my money’s worth because however late they are? That cuts into my appointment time since they don’t make up for it on the other side. Currently (at 9:45) waiting for my 9:30 appointment. It’s literally every time (7 out of 7 appointments so far) :( My provider is great but this administrative issue... read more

I’ve been through a lot of therapist and the therapist I have now is kind and supportive she makes me see things in a different light and I’m thankful for her And my psychiatrist Jessica is help me improve on my mental health so much since I started my journey in working on myself
