My schedule at work changed and Morgana went above and beyond spending at least 20 mins with me trying to change my existing apts and finding available times that work with my new schedule all with a smile and nothing but understanding even tho I was adding a bunch of work to her plate. An amazing asset to the team.
Why tf can you never answer the phone???? I’ve called for days and left voicemails!!
Quite disappointed!!! I had to cancel my appointment due to transportation problems. I canceled my appointment at the 23rd hour before my appointment. Because it wasn't before 24 hours they socked me with a $100 fee. I wasn't even offered a web consultation. Also if you are feeling depressed and email them, don't expect to be called or emailed back. I thought they were Psychological Care?
The front desk is very attentive, friendly, kind and accommodating! The therapist are very kind and understanding!
