One of the workers there Contacted the same people who had me at gun point the month before and gave them my home address they showed up with guns again, luckily I wasn't home at the time.

My provider deserves a 5 but whoever determines policy changes has ruined this place for me. I was able to do telehealth for my visits, which only takes 15 minutes out of my day usually and I can do them from work. But suddenly (the business day before my appointment), they called and said they “no longer do telehealth” and I would need to come in person. They had no other options for changing it, so I had to take the day off work. I clarified that this is the policy for all future appointments, despite me being over an hour... read more

The experience I’ve had with this place has been a nightmare. I was accused of buying my medications from someone else when the reality was that I had to go completely cold turkey off two medications while waiting to get an appointment to fill them. I had to go well out of my way just to get one of the two meds filled, and then they even screwed that up by saying I didn’t have a pharmacy on file after I told them twice in the same phone call where to send them.
