My provider deserves a 5 but whoever determines policy changes has ruined this place for me. I was able to do telehealth for my visits, which only takes 15 minutes out of my day usually and I can do them from work. The experience I’ve had with this place has been a nightmare. I was accused of buying my medications from someone else when the reality was that I had to go completely cold turkey off two medications while waiting to get an appointment to fill them. I had to go well out of my way just to get one of the two meds filled, and then they even screwed that up by saying I didn’t have a pharmacy on file after I told them twice in the same phone call where to send them. I worked with a therapist here for about nine months, and I want to be clear that my concerns are not about the therapist themselves. My decision to leave was primarily due to the administrative practices. The clinic has a 24‑hour cancellation policy, which I understand and respect.
