Never got an email with stuff for my evaluation. I've called multiple times. I've left messages on the portal and nothing. I feel very defeated and traumatized.

Dr Weisbrod has helped me SO much in the years in which I’ve been his client. He is not only professional and wise from decades of experience but also a genuinely kind and caring person. Communications with these people is terrible. I was put on a 6-month waiting list in May of last year, that came and went, I had to do follow up calls to get testing booked. That took 2 more months, then the provider decided to switch to emails which has dragged on for 4 months with no results. I give up with this place. I couldn't tell you how many times I've called and was told "I'll message the provider and call you back." Sometimes I'll get that call back.

When I first started bringing my children here, 2-3 years ago, this place was great! Unfortunately it is going down hill. The communication from staff is little to none. You dont get told about forms needing to be completed until the very last minute. We as the customer are held to a very high standard for patients especially those that are children/families, charged for cancelations within 24 hours knowing we cant predict sicknesses, not saw for our appointment if forms, we didnt know about, werent filled out, etc. They can... read more

What a horrible experience. If you want taken for a ride and left in the dark then this is a great place to go. Mark Weatherwax neglected his duties and did a poor job at relaying information and multiple times never responded to messages which eventually accumulated to months of not being contacted, waiting for test results to be shared and explained. If I could do it all over again I would avoid this establishment entirely.
