Very rude and hostile.
ALEKSANDRA TASEVSKI, Nurse Practitioner, documented false information in my medical record and refused to remove it despite my legal request for an amendment. When I brought up these falsehoods, she became aggressive and abusive, walking out of the room without addressing my concerns. The best course of action is filing a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights. Extremely unprofessional experience at Michigan Primary Care, PLLC. The staff were consistently rude and hostile, creating a completely unacceptable environment. I strongly advise against using this clinic. This place is terrible.
