For 8 years I have been coming to MPCP and have very happy, until now. Nicole is taking my hydrocodone away for smoking marijuana, even though I have been smoking the whole 8 years. Now I am forced off my medication or find a new doctor.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was concerning enough that I feel obligated to share it. I attended an appointment as a caregiver for my mother. We arrived 15 minutes early, yet waited over an hour past the scheduled appointment time without being seen. The physician arrived after the scheduled start time, and there was no communication, update, or apology from staff during the delay.
