We’ve worked with the company in the past (maybe 3 or 4 times) and had great experiences but this last one was not the same. It was over $300 to get the tub snaked for 5 minutes and when the job was complete there was residue all over the bathroom. Our walls, tub, sink, floor, and even the ceiling had splatter marks all over. It looked like the snake had been spun while outside of the drain. Messes happen but this felt careless and there was little to no attempt to clean it up.
Michigan Plumbing was Awesome - went beyond my expectations.Hayden was very knowledgeable and courteous. Made an appointment and kept it! He cleared the clog in my laundry room and fixed my leaky washing machine hoses. Great service! Would use again!
