Courteous and efficient. Did a really nice job of cleaning up after.
Had tech come to clean out sewer line...he only had a 75 foot snake, so I'm pretty sure that he didn't get to the end of the line. Going to have their camera specialist come out and investigate (this is included in the price of the job that was just done).
Austin did a great job inspecting the water heater piping and pointing us in the right direction to get a proper diagnosis. He was helpful, courteous and answered all our questions. Thanks for a positive experience!
