so far the service was great BUT the faucet is not repaired. Chadwick told me what to order, but we are waiting to talk to him further about it since my husband (who was NOT here when Chadwick came) thinks it's something else - a broken piece of metal. Very grateful for no charge at this point but will have to have another visit.
We were worried about potential damage to a line going to our septic tank after a large tree fell. We were immediately scheduled and a plumber sent the next day. There was no damage that they could find, so they did not charge us.
