The problem was a sewer backup. All four lead technicians, Hayden, Mitch, Connor, and Chadwick and their assciates were thorough in assessing the problem, in prescribing the necessary next steps, and in completing the job. Their feedback was honest; there was never any pressure to do one thing or another, just clear explanations of various solutions. All MP techs that I have worked with made this stressful situation easier to deal with. Thank you!!!!
Amazing!! Both technicians were extremely polite, very thorough and did a wonderful job explaining everything that they were doing as well as providing preventative maintenance tips. Superb experience.
extremely courteous and professional
Matt from Michigan plumbing diagnosed and replaced the shower cartridge on a shower. He also tightened and fixed the faucet handle on the other shower. The quality of the work was exceptional
