If you can choose another place, go there. They don’t have a grace period and even if you are a few minutes late and drove from far, they don’t even check with staff to see if they can still see you, they’d much rather enforce the message of not being late. This is the only doctor i’ve heard of not having a grace period but normally i’m not late.

They left me on hold "in queue" for literally 20 minutes, to be dumped onto voicemail. I was calling to inquire if you accept my insurance, as I'm having issues finding an otolaryngologist that does. I understand our health care system in this country is stretched thin, but this is unacceptable. Another trinity health clinic did a similar thing last week where I waited 13 minutes and I was forced to speak w AI. It's ridiculous. They know some people don't have options. If you do, I'd think twice about coming here.

Both Front Desk women were Genuinely kind, caring, and Professional.Tamara ( who cked me in) went over and above to make my check-in process less stressful. I was very unprepared with paperwork plus, my anxiety was running high and with Tamara’s smile Caring tone and laughter. She made the process go smoothly. I cannot thank the staff and Dr. Hoff enough for the support today.

I saw Dr. Linker in Canton. She was professional, yet friendly, very knowledgeable, and I highly recommend her!!!

The nurse Chris was very personable even as she was training a student. Both Lauren and the person at the check out desk went above and beyond to assist me with finding funding for hearing aids. I was very grateful for the assistance as I had been told I may not qualify for aid. I believe now I will be able to get the hearing assistance I need.
