Had an appointment for my 2.5 year old with Hammond, PA. He has a severe bilateral ear infection that has gotten worse after 2 rounds of antibiotics. Our pediatrician stated we needed a STAT appointment with MOSA. We had no information about the appointment, no idea where the office was located, no number to call for information as the appointment did not populate in my mychart. Waste of time. Doctor was very dismissive and didn’t give me any treatment options. A five minute talk and he says nothing to help. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Horrible. Horrible. Dr was an hour late and spent 7 minutes with me
