0914/26. BOBBY is a very caring and helpful person and always gives you all the time necessary for proper treatment. I always enjoy speaking to him. Many medical personnel should take a look at themselves and then compare themselves to Bobby.
Very honest and willing to listen to me
I checked in for my appointment and did the co-pay through the app the night before. I even arrived early to be sure everything was in order. They sat me in the exam room for 30 minutes, no doctor, no update. I had to walk out because I needed to return to work. I understand delays happen, but 30 minutes (or longer if I hadn't left) without at least an update? Unacceptable. Wasted my time and PTO.
