RE: teenage daughter getting wisdom teeth extracted. No one ever really wants to need an oral surgeon. (This is coming from someone who is familiar with and is a dental professional;) Hands down, this was a WONDERFUL experience! The office staff were kind, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with scheduling and billing (and flexible when I wanted to change the appointment to include extraction of 2 instead of 4 wisdom teeth, to lessen my out of pocket expenses). My daughter was in for wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Lopez was excellent at explaining the process to her from start to finish. His skill and technique (along with chair-side manner) made her feel more comfortable and at ease. We appreciated the front staff and assistant(s) as well. The front staff worked with us at coordinating the appointment that worked well for our family. Friendly, competent, and great communication. Dr Thomas is excellent!
We were at the Dexter office. Great experience. Staff were professional, informative and friendly. My son’s procedure was quick with no issues. They followed up the next day to make sure things were going well. Would highly recommend.
