I love the bank! Wonderful staff to work with. I dislike the new overdraft policy they have where it shows you have $628 available in your account. It messes my math up constantly and is quite frustrating. That is the only complaint I have from Michigan One. Will never bank with anyone else.
Worst interaction with a bank I've ever had. Sucks I'm stuck with them for seven more years. I recommend any other bank.
The staff there are awesome and very friendly.....
Mike and I have been members since 1992. I was treated so well as a member that I decided to join the team! Best choice ever!
