Ms. Dr. Jackson is very caring. He made me feel completely safe and confident going into surgery. He was very honest about expected outcomes. His whole team inspires confidence. Most visits you will see one of his Physician Assistants, and all of them that I have worked with have been wonderful. I even got a call after hours to help answer some questions and further explain the procedure and what to expect. Very pleased with the care that I received.
Only by Referral I was sent to this doctor because my insurance. At the time this was the neurologist that would see me. The doctor was very rude and very insensitive. I have chronic back pain in which I have had surgery and this doctor tried to tell me it was all in my head. The waiting time was long, the treatment incomplete and totally off the mark. I would not go to this doctor again even if he was the only one in network...I would pay out of pocket first.
More time As with any speciality doctor it always seems to take forever to get an appointment. After spending months waiting to see the doctor, I would appreciate more than 5 minutes of time. It takes me more time to fill out paperwork than time was spent actually seeing the doctor.
