The representative who came to my home lied about how much money I would save by pointing out charges on my bill that you have to pay no matter who supplies your gas. In the end, I was actually paying more than basic DTE service. Then after 2 months, the rate doubled from the already more expensive rate, which was not disclosed when I signed the contract.
