they allowed china to scam 160 out of my account for silicone dolls they sent me plastic dolls instead and then the bank forced me to close my bank account I did everything the bank told me to do I sent the Dalles back to China and the bank took the money out of my account and told me that they were not going to refund my money do not bank with Old National hope they don't steal your money like they did mine

Old National Bank Please DONT OPEN AN account there! They are apart of the systematic oppression! I went to the bank today to receive paper from a branch manager who called with false information! I sat there from 2pm to close which is 5pm holding up lines waiting to get info. The same information she called with was the same information I asked for in Black and White! The bank in Greencastle has the slowest and rudest employees. Only Holly is amazing. One lady is rude every time I encounter her. She needs to be fired.

every time we go in to this bank I question why we bank here. service is rude everytime. hoping to close my account and move somewhere where customers matter. never again of national in avon. it's just avon the ppl are extremely rude. worth drive to Plainfield
I had a terrible experience with Lake Area Bank. Stay away. Their systems were terrible and people wouldn't follow up. I kept having to track people down to get answers to issues created by their own systems. Despite costing me extra money, I moved my HELOC to Western Bank.
