I called a local realtor that had good reviews and asked if they sell mobile homes. They said yes. An hour later Lill called. I was confused and asked if she works for the specific company i called. Yesterday I some with a Tina to have her come look at our home today. After waiting until 30 min before their close I called to find out Tina couldn't make it and decided to hand is to a colleague. That colleague was Maryland who had also not communicated that they wouldn't be coming out. I asked for the manager who I was told was Shelly. Great locally run company. Ordering process was fun and smooth, very transparent. I ordered a MHE home, more importantly MMHC was very responsive with putting it together as well as responding to warranty claims. Any new house will most likely have a few things that need attention. MMHC did a fantastic job of ensuring that MHE completed the warranty work to a high standard. They are a dealer that will stand behind their product and ensure the builder holds up their end of the bargain.
Building a home was something very new to me. I went to many Modular home businesses, in and out of town, to find the help I needed with the unique lot size I have along with the price and size to fit what we needed.
