Very frustrating company to deal with. A year ago I was advised by the DMV that they never submitted proof that my vehicle was insured. I contacted Michigan Millers and they assured me the proof was submitted. Now, I received a vehicle registration and plate indefinite suspension notice due to lack of proof of insurance. Meanwhile there has been no lapse in coverage. When I call it is nearly impossible to get someone on the phone, and when I finally did, I was promised a call back which I did not recieve. Like others who left a review, my policy was cancelled in bad faith. Even my agent was frustrated with them. But good news, I found another company that offered better rates!
Worst company ever my car was totaled by one of their customers they offered me 9,950 for my car comparing my car to ones they found from 5k to 13k the lowest ones they could find. I found cars from 24k - 18k of course they can’t use the ones that I found of course not . Now because I will not accept their ridiculous offer on the 15th they tell me that they are canceling the rental car on the 18th I had explained to them that I can’t be without a car because my heart is only functioning at 15-30% and I have hospital appointm... read more
Very frustrating! We have Business Auto, Comp, Liability, Umbrella, Pesticide, Commercial Bldg Ins policies and pay always on time. Our policy was renewed on Aug 1st just to cancel Aug 5th stating we do not comply with audits and a claim that was not our responsibility (we service roads not walks for a slip and fall). All we saw on cancelation was underwriting reasons. First of all we received a overbilling for the last audit that we never received.
