The clinic treats sleep as a behavioral disorder. They do NOT treat chronic insomnia or sleep disorders caused by brain dysfunction. The sleep center is another UM revenue stream, like my appointment for tinnitus at the audiology (hearing) center, they don’t treat the problem because the Drs. don’t understand the problem, but they are happy to take your money for the alleged root problem. My daughter had a sleep study completed here and the staff was very attentive and pleasant. They keep the front doors locked even during the day for a daytime study and they keep it nice and dark and quiet. Highly Recommended! Thank you! 🤗
If I could give less than one star I would. I’m not sure what happened, but my husband got a new doctor I’m assuming the old one left and I can completely understand why he did. This office has failed my husband for the last 4 months. The doctor doesn’t return calls or send clear messages with the nurse, they have taken WEEKS in between prior authorizations to submit another one, the office manager has been called multiple times with no response, and my husbands medication is STILL not covered.
