If I could give less than one star I would. I’m not sure what happened, but my husband got a new doctor I’m assuming the old one left and I can completely understand why he did. This office has failed my husband for the last 4 months. The doctor doesn’t return calls or send clear messages with the nurse, they have taken WEEKS in between prior authorizations to submit another one, the office manager has been called multiple times with no response, and my husbands medication is STILL not covered. After trying three different machines and five “Studies,” they still can’t seem to find the appropriate prescription that the DME will approve. I have to initiate all the necessary steps for UM to proceed on my behalf. It’s quite frustrating, with a lot of “We thought” and “We believe” statements.
Care and attention were excellent. Very thorough and professional. Morning coffee was good too.
