Was referred to them for a surgery, made the initial intake appointment, then 6 months later on the day of the appointment I was called and told my appointment was "incorrectly made" and I was being referred to an ENT doctor and that my appointment was canceled. Why would you even allow me to make the appointment? Does no paperwork or files get reviewed until the day of an appointment? So now I have to wait another 6 months to get into somewhere else. So frustrating!

I have never had a worse experience with a healthcare provider. The surgery scheduler is nearly impossible to reach, even with daily calls for 2 months. I am consistently misgendered despite working directly with staff to schedule gender-affirming surgery. If you’re looking for reliable, considerate trans healthcare, look elsewhere.
