My main complaint is, and has been, that in terms of delivery of care, UM Canton places no value on why I walk in their door for services. They have a "one size, fits all" approach where everyone must go through a series of procedures regardless of why they booked an appointment. I have a consultation tomorrow to go over test results and I still will be subjected to the same standard procedures as if I was to receive a full and complete physical exam. Google is wrong. You absolutely need a UofM doctor's order AND an appointment to get tested for covid.
