They always take time to listen to my problems and they're all about the solution. Very professional you will never meet a nicer group of people. Love this place.
I've been coming here for a few years and I don't know if I've ever had a better experience with a doctor's office. The staff there is so kind and compassionate, from the front desk all the way up. It seems like they have a higher volume of patients but I feel like the staff truly cares about the patients as individuals instead of clients they need to get through. can’t say enough good things about this office! The staff is always welcoming, kind, and efficient, and they make you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. Scheduling appointments is super easy, and I never feel rushed once I’m there. My doctor really listens, takes the time to explain things clearly, and genuinely cares about my health. It’s such a relief to have a place where you feel taken care of and respected. Highly recommend!
I can’t recommend Michigan medicine group enough, i’ve seen Cathy for years now, she always listens to my concerns with empathy and compassion. The front desk staff treats you like family.
I’ve been coming here for a long time and the doctors here are amazing if they cannot help you they send you where you need to go. I love Personable service the front desk is amazing specially when I’m late or I missed an appointment I never get hassled about it and they conveniently put me in whenever they can I truly recommend this doctors office. All three doctors are very knowledgeable.
