They took me as an emergency, gave me sedation, and I was crying because it still hurt. The surgeon told me to shut up, cause I couldn't feel anything. Then the nurses and doctor acted like nothing was said... even after I expressly told them that I don't get knocked out easily. I will NEVER go back here. I would rather be awake and treated like a human being.
Everyone was nice to deal with and I’m very satisfied with the results. 100% recommend
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Schiro and the entire team. I recently had my molar (#18) extracted, and Dr. Schiro made the procedure as comfortable and stress-free as possible. He was professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything, which really helped ease my nerves. A couple of weeks ago I broke a tooth and the pain was pretty severe. This office saw me the next day. I was very nervous, but Dr. Schiro reassured me very quickly and the procedure was quick and painless. He called me that evening to check on me and everything went great. I had to return a week later to have stitches removed and again the staff and Dr were very kind and professional.
Ive been here several times over the last 8 years. Im not a fan of anything dental, but Dr.Schiro and his staff always put me at ease. He is knowledgeable, straight forward, trustworthy, and very kind. I’ve had other dentist that dont listen, and want stretch procedures out to 2 or 3 visits. This office does everything at once, and Dr. Schiro listens, and actually Hears what you are saying. I couldn’t ask for a better surgeon. Wish I could go here for regular dental work too!
