I’m 100% satisfied with the service at my CU. The people who work there are wonderful. Always helpful, and friendly. I truly appreciate it.
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the WORST credit union I have ever used. They consistently make things way more difficult than they have to be. Cassie, who appears to be a supervisor of some sort at the highland branch is on a power trip & is the rudest, most unhelpful person I’ve ever experienced in banking. If you plan to write any checks at all (even $20), plan to have them call you on every single one of them to validate you wrote it or they’ll refuse to cash it for the person, even if that person is also a me... read more
