Office is unprofessional and didn't allow me to come back even if I paid my balance on account. No consideration of patients and only wants a check
I reached out to this doctor’s office to discuss my mental health and at first everything seemed fine. However during the very first phone call they asked me to pay one hundred dollars upfront before I could even book an appointment. That immediately raised a red flag because I already have insurance through my job with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I have met my deductible and I do not have co pays.
