Great doctor....fit me in for 2 separate procedures during the holiday season...took care of my problem...highly recommended!
This was my first office visit with Dr. Shock. I felt very comfortable. He was very easy to talk to, and was so polite. He listened to my concerns and is willing to help me.
So I have had 2 appointments as a new patient and never saw the doctor. Waited 2.5 hours the first time and 2,hours the second time before leaving the office. The person waiting next to me had the same appointment time. This is preying on old people 100% disrespectful. I now have an app at a new urology office.
