This physician routinely runs 2 hours behind. My husband's physician was polite, respectful, and informative but the real positives in the office are the clinical MA's. You can tell they really are genuinely kind people.
This physician has zero respect for time management. He routinely runs 2 hours behind. Even for 1st appointment after lunch or first of day appointments! I've worked in medicine for 20+ years and it's very telling of a physician when he doesn't respect his patients enough to be relatively on time. My husband's pre op medication wore off by the time he was finally called back.
We're so happy to have found a caring provider. He made my mother feel at ease and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Dr. Schock. He was kind, friendly, and most importantly, he listened!!
