I have been calling for 2 weeks trying to schedule my mother an appointment to have a stint removed. 4 times I was told this office needed to check with the doctor on where to schedule. It should not take 2 weeks to ask that question. This is unprofessional and putting the patient at risk for infection because the stint is well over due to be removed. Negligence of this office.
