Dr. Guz has great bedside manners. Comfortable waiting room, courteous staff and short wait time. You may be kept waiting on the phone when calling into the office other than that everything is excellent.
This office has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. My doctor, Dr. Burks has been a wonderful doctor and I cannot speak for the other doctors but the nurses and people up front have no idea what's going on. It took over a month for them to get me my ultra sound results for a kidney stone (and only did so after I threatened not to pay my bill) and have cancelled multiple appointments without my go ahead.
