Worst Urologist that I have ever dealt with. Rude, Arrogant, Disrespect towards patients. I found him completely Unprofessional, Unreliable and even Deceitful in his treatment of my condition. He does not listen and take time with his patients. His demeanor is that he thinks he knows everything while he doesn't inform himself of your medical history or case. I Never write complaints, but, this is one Bad Review of Dr. David Burks and the MIU Office in Dearborn, MI that I feel is needed. . I leave a 1 Star Review only, as I am unable to post my review without choosing a status. Dr. Burks and all of the Staff at MIU in Dearborn are rude, impatient, disrespectful and unprofessional. Dr. Burks is Unprofessional, Rude, Arrogant, Disrespectful, Inconsistent and Untrustworthy as a medical doctor. He doesn't take the time to EDUCATE himself on your history or case and I had to be persistent to get him to do so. The office staff are Rude, Unprofessional and also inconsistent of the information they relay to patients. Office wait times can be upwards of 3 1/2 hours with Dr.Burks. Will Never return here. please do not see this dr, he is so arrogant and does not even back his words and his staff is horrid. you can even speak with anyone and you get so frustrated and then no one will call you back. all i needed is a letter of medical necessity and i called and called for my meds time after time, was promised after weeks and weeks that i was sent a copy of the letter and my insurance was sent the letter after which i received a call saying the wrong type of letter was sent after i explained so many times and also the insurance ... read more
