I had an appointment with Dr. Hoff on April 23rd. We discussed my treatment option's and he was very thorough. A second appointment was scheduled to have the injection therapy training with the N.P. The appointment was cancelled by her due to an insurance issue. After speaking with the office, a new appointment was scheduled for 6/23. On the morning of 6/23 my appointment was cancelled again by the NP.
