Very disrespectful doctor
I called because I am on vacation and needed a Chinese herb I get from my acupuncturist back home. Asked if they had it...she snarkly said no this is pain management. I understand if they didn't have what I was looking for but I have been to accupuncturists in many places in the country and never heard of one not having Chinese medicinal herbs to go along with treatment.
Do not contact this company and give them any personal info. I inquired with them about pain management, gave them my info, and made an appointment. Shortly afterwords, I cancelled my appointment well in advance. They billed me $30, but could offer no explanation of what it was for.
I've had serious back issues for years now and as a result a patient of Dr Rizvi's. He has always given me considerate, caring and professional treatment. I feel very lucky to be a patient under his care. His focus is clearly the patient and has yet to steer me wrong. The staff are extremely caring and top notch. When I need anything it is always taken care of even when I've been needy. I also travel a lot for work and they have always been understanding and accommodating.
