Michigan Hy-Fit Athletics is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. I joined a little over a year ago after my gym closed, and was nervous to go somewhere new. The coaches and members made me feel at home from day one and I have made some great friendships from being a consistent member. The programming is challenging but approachable and offers the freedom for members to push themselves or pace if they aren’t feeling 100% that day.
