My puppy was sick so I took him in approximately 35 minutes after they opened. There was one gentleman sitting in the waiting area and 3 women sitting at the front desk, only 1 of them addressed me to ask of my needs. She went to the back and spoke to the veterinarian on duty who stated he couldn’t see my puppy without an appointment although there was only 1 person waiting. I will never go here again nor will I continue to donate to the Michigan Humane Society!!!
This is one of my all-time favorite humane societies. I adopted my cat from them, and when I got another cat, I brought my second cat to get neutered. Everything went smoothly, and it was a breeze.
