This group's front office is one of the rudest we've ever encountered. We can't believe that they are in the business of patient care. The entire front desk staff needs to be fired and replaced with people who know how to talk professionally and with respect to their patients. First of all, Angel (front desk) was extremely rude; she should not be working with the public if she lacks respect and empathy for others! Secondly, the cardiologist (Dr Delvin) that we saw was very dismissive and unable to answer questions/address concerns. Was told that he could prescribe a medication; yet, did not know the cause of the problem. Basically, just wanted to throw a pill at me! Such a waste of time; definitely will not be back!
