HIS DR. , DR HAHN SAW PATIENTS ONLY IN THE YPSI/ANN ARBOR ST.JOSPH MERCY AREA , BUT WE HAD THE CONVENIENCE OF GOING CLOSER TO HOME, FOR HIS CHECKS ON HIS D/P. . They have doctors at this location, that come in from the theYPSI/ST. JOSPH MERCY HOSPITALS .
Great difficulty trying to schedule an appointment for an elderly relative. over 15 minutes on hold after pushing the scheduling button and all it does now is ring. 80 year-olds do not want to schedule on the internet. I am not the patient and do not have access to the portal. Not the first bad experience. Frustrated.
