The audiologist that handled my son's appointment was friendly and caring. She did an excellent job with my 4 year old. Appointment was on time and we were in and out with a diagnosis rapidly. Looking forward to his next appointment.
Was told i had bad enough hearing loss that they wanted to send me to a ear nose throut doctor, I said yes, she said someone from Broson group would be getting hold of me, I told her that I would perfer not to go to Bronson. I perfer Borgess group. I waited about 3 weeks and no word from anyone, I called and the person I talked to was very short with me, said that I had NO REFERAL to anyone (what CBHC in with someone at Bronso?) and mt injsurace did not cover hearing aids?
